Introduction

In order to dispute rulings from IPTAB(the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board), it is necessary to file an appeal before the Patent Court of Korea.

To proceed with an appeal before the Patent Court of Korea, specialized knowledge about the subject technology and experiences in the related field are required. In addition, as trial strategy and skill is important in a court procedure, experience of presenting arguments before a court in a valid and appropriate manner is required to proceed with an appeal before the Patent Court of Korea.
